Q. What types of businesses use your
service?
A. Any establishment that sells to the general
public. Restaurants, Pizza shops, Sub shops, Hair stylists, Auto services, Clothing Retailers, Hobby Stores,
Art Galleries, Auto Dealers, Specialty Rental Stores( mopeds, bikes, jet skis, etc), Furniture Stores, Bands,
Promoters, Bars, Clubs and the list goes on and on.....
Q. How much does your service
cost?
A. Our service costs $37.00 per month.
There is NO setup fee, and no contracts to sign.
Q. How long does it take to get
setup?
A. Generally the same day you place your order, we
will contact you to help you choose your key and primary words, and get your login info that day for you as
well.
Q. Can I import phone numbers into my
database?
A. Unfortunately right now there is no import feature.
You will begin to build your customer subscriber base by asking your customers to simply sign up for your coupons
and offers, and as they sign up you will then have a database to market to.
Q. Will other companies be marketing to my
Subscribers?
A. Absolutely not! This is a completely private system that
you and only you will have access to send your messages across. There will NEVER be any other ads sent to
your subscribers!
Q. Ok, If I cannot import numbers, how do i get people
into my database?
A. Our favorite question!! The best way is to utilize the
customers you get every day. You can print off a "ticket" that has your primary and keyword with a simple
instruction for your customers to subscribe (see image below)

We will provide you with this blank or filled in
graphic for you when you sign up. This will allow you to add this to your existing marketing pieces (
website, email, newspaper, etc.)
If you have a retail store, whenever you are
about to finish a transaction, you can ask your customer if they would like to save $1, $3 or a % like 10% or 20%,
for THAT transaction. When they answer YES, ask them to pull out their cell phone, text the words you choose
to 368266. Within 10 seconds, they will receive a confirmation text, ask them to reply with the # 1, and your
done. They get the savings, you just added a new subscriber who will then receive your next messages whenever
you send them out.
Q. How often can i send
messages?
A. This service is unlimited, so you can send as many messages
as much as you want for one low monthly rate
Q. Am I limited on how many subscribers I
have?
A. No. This service has an unlimited amount of subscribers,
and you are NEVER charged more for the number of subscribers you have!
Q. Does this service cost my
subscribers?
A. Standard messaging charges do apply to your subscribers,
however a majority of your subscribers will have a text messaging package that allows for messages at a flat rate
for them.
Q. Will you deliver our pizza's for us for a
night?
A. Nope- We'll eat one but can't do the
driving!
Q. how do I
cancel my subscription?
A: Canceling a
subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be canceled up to the
day of the next scheduled payment.
- Log in to your Pay Pal account.
- Click the My
Account tab.
- Click the History subtab.
- Click More
filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then
click Subscriptions.
- Change the date back to the year the subscription was
created, and then click Show.
- Click Details next to the
subscription.
- Click Cancel

A. • Keep in mind
you have 135 characters and spaces available for
your message
• Avoid using long words. Abbrv Whn U Can.
• State your promotional offer clearly. Start your message with your
offer.
• Include an expiration date.
• Include a promo code which you can verify at time of
purchase.
• Your latest/current coupon will remain active until you delete it
or change it. Therefore, if you do not have any active
promotional offer, you must change your message in the system. If you don't, consumers may receive
a coupon/offer that is not current and no longer valid.
